Skinny may mean thin or lean. Could it also mean full of skin? Anyway, my
PhotoHunt entry for this theme is a “lechon” or roasted pig. When I went to Tacloban City, Philippines last year, I brought home a whole lechon. What I like most in lechon is its
crispy skin. The pigs they roast in Tacloban are not the fatty but the leaner ones. Tacloban lechons are already delectable even without the lechon sauce.

I have to agree with you that Lechon Cebu is the best, yes, even without the sauce. Ooops, cholesterol alert. :)
My most favorite dish when having Chinese course. The skin is just so crispy.
Thanks for dropping by my blog. Happy weekend.
that is a good take on the theme. I would like to try that it does look good.
i miss lechon! :)
thanks for the visit. :)
doesn't look pretty but I have had it and it is YUMMY!
When I went to Manila, almost every Filipino friend treated me to lechon! It's considered the highest honour for a guest? The lechon skin is so crispy. The waiter sliced it with a plate!
YUMMY!!! but i dont think i can remain SKINNY if that was on the menu all the time! lol =P
wow! delicious!
Oh boy...what is that? I never eat that :D

Great take on the "skinny" theme!
Thanks for visiting my blog, and have a great weekend! ;o)
Tom, I've never seen anything like that! Yes, "skinny" could mean full of skin as opposed to fat. It should mean that, Ha!
Very interesting photo and interpretation. Thanks for stopping by the creek. Hope you are having a wonderful weekend.
hmmm, little weird for me to eat. Like it is still staring at me ;) Great picture though.
