Amidst the advent and inexorable progress of different technologies, construction workers are still among the most in-demand workforce today. Construction industry hires people who are qualified, skilled and competent in the field. But, that does not stop there. Employers should develop and enhance their workers qualifications, skills and competence through continuous learning and training.
Construction Skills provide information, trainings and qualifications to enhance workers’ proficiency within the industry. For employers, they can register in CITB - Construction Skills Grant their current apprentices in their businesses and have that chance to teach and train young starting workers.
