A World-Class Expressway

There’s a new Philippine expressway connecting the provinces of Tarlac, Pampanga, Zambales and Bataan. It is called the Subic – Clark – Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX). The segment from North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) up to Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ) has been opened several weeks ago; but the Tarlac to Clark segment is still close. We have traversed it from the NLEX up to SBFZ. And, here are the pictures I took while driving:
