Australian vacations

I was in Sydney, Australia several years ago and visited my mother, my sister and her family. We stayed there for two weeks only. Hence, we were not able to tour most of the beautiful tourist spots

We are planning to visit them again in a year or two and to stay longer – may be a month or two. From Sydney, we are planning to go to Adelaide (the city of churches) in South Australia or Brisbane in Queensland, or both. I have virtually toured these places; and I have listed some of the places to see and things to do:

In Adelaide

  1. Picnic at Bel-Air National Park;
  2. Market at Victor Harbor Markets;
  3. Swim, fish and even go surfing at Fleurieu Peninsula;
  4. Visit some wineries and have a taste of their wines;
  5. Ride the Glenelg tram from Moseley Square to the Adelaide CBD;
  6. Watch Car racing;
  7. Cruise the Legendary Murray River
  8. Wander around Adelaide Zoo and Cleland Wildlife Park.

In Brisbane:

  1. Visit and watch at any or all of these theme parks: Movie World, Dreamworld and Sea World;
  2. Visit some wineries for wine tasting;
  3. Island hop to Stradbroke Islands;
  4. Enjoy a ferry ride over Moreton Bay;
  5. Swim at the pristine beaches on the Sunshine Coast.

In Adelaide and Brisbane, we shall search for Adelaide Hotels and Brisbane Accommodation at CheaperThanHotels. A friend who had been to Adelaide told me that the best Hotels in Adelaide can be found in CheaperThanHotels.
