Baguio City, the Summer Capital of the Philppines, is also known as the City of Flowers. Every year the city celebrates a month-long flower festival called "Panagbenga", which means season of blooming.

These look nice... I have yet to set foot in the PMA compound, the one time we tried to go we were too late... it seems they don't allow you in close to 5pm or something. Excellent take Tom! :)
