The 28th Chamber of Mines of the Philippines Annual Bowling Tournament

The 28th Chamber of Mines of the Philippines Annual Bowling Tournament shall start on June 10, 2008. This year, it will be held in Coronado Lanes, 4th Level, Star Malls Shopping Complex located at the corner of Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Shaw Boulevard. Last year, the venue was at the SM Mega Mall Bowling Center.

At 28 years, this is the longest running annual tenpin bowling tournaments in the country (if nobody would object).

The host team this year is Leighton Contractors. The other participating teams are the mining companies and their suppliers. Here is the list of the 19 participating teams:

Last year, 24 teams participated and the tournament lasted for six months. This year, the tournament will played in 19 weeks or up to October 14, 2008.
