I just heard in the news the demise of the former Philippine President Corazon Cojuangco Aquino at 3:18 this morning. She was diagnosed with colon cancer in March 2008 and lost her battle after a year and four months.
My deepest condolences and she may rest in peace!

Aug. 4, Tuesday - wake and masses at Manila Cathedral Intramuros, Manila
Aug. 5, Wednesday 9 a.m. - Funeral Mass at Manila Cathedral
- Interment at Manila Memorial Park, Paranaque
